About Our Thrift Store

Blessings and Bargains is a joint venture between two Boynton Beach area churches - First Church, and Faith Church. Our thrift store is staffed entirely by volunteers who give generously of their time and talents in order to be a blessing to other people.

The store is located in the center building on the campus of Faith Church, 6340 Boynton Beach Blvd, east of Jog Rd and right next door to the Post Office. Entrance is through the double doors closest to the flag pole.

All proceeds from sales of donated items help fund a variety of local and global missions, such as helping to provide beds for Palm Beach County children who are currently sleeping on the floor.

We partner with existing, well-established organizations to ensure that sales from donated items help to meet the legitimate needs of people who are most truly in need of assistance.

Since our initial launch in October of 2024, our thrift store - working in conjunction with our two churches - has purchased a total of 38 beds for children in need (through Sleep in Heavenly Peace), donated $3,000 to Residing Hope Children’s Home, and helped to provide 15,200 meals for food-insecure people, which volunteers from church and community packed at our recent Rise Against Hunger event on April 26th, 2025.

Our thrift store volunteer team gratefully accepts donations of clean, gently used, and saleable items such as; small appliances, bookshelves, clothing and footwear, small furniture, housewares and kitchen accessories, lamps, knickknacks, pictures/paintings, toys, etc. (Please note that we are unable to accept large furniture items at this time, but we hope to be able to do so in the not-too-distant future).
